Honoring Eve - A Celebration of Life and Community Conversation

Join us for an event dedicated to remembering Eve, celebrating the love and joy she brought into the world, and coming together as a community to reflect, heal, and inspire change for animals in need.

The program will include remarks from Danville Deserves Better, Lynchburg Humane Society, and others who knew and loved Eve, all sharing her story and impact.

The event will also feature a viewing of Eve’s memorial service held at Angel’s Rest, a sacred memorial site located at the heart of Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Angel Canyon, Utah.

Guests are encouraged to bring Eve’s favorite toy - “stuffies” (stuffed animals) - which will be donated to shelter pets at Danville Area Humane Society and Lynchburg Humane Society following the event.

This gathering is not only about grief, it is about action, compassion, and community. Together, we will discuss how Eve’s story can and will inspire stronger advocacy, greater transparency, and more humane outcomes for animals in Danville.

The evening will conclude with a call to carry Eve’s spirit forward through kindness, accountability, and collective action so that no other animal suffers the same fate.
