Any person wishing to appear before the City Council may appear at the meeting and present his or her concerns. In order to speak on any item not on the agenda, citizens should register with the City Clerk through the Request to Speak Before Council or by phone at 434-797-8928 by 12pm on the Friday before a meeting.
